“GOCF”
“The GOCF has taken on three main missions. First, we are committed to improving local clinical and psycho-social resources for pediatric hematology-oncology patients, that integrates with the primary treatment facility, in the interest of minimizing travel expenses and time away from family, work, and school. Second, we focus on supporting local families of children fighting cancer by offering direct financial assistance grants to help curb the costs associated with treatment, travel, and loss of income. Finally, we provide grants to pediatric cancer researchers, who are working tirelessly to find an effective way to eradicate this terrible disease, boasting over $495,000 in research grants to date. Please help us to fulfill our mission and provide this much-needed service.
The Grace Oughton Cancer Foundation is an all-volunteer organization. We have no paid staff and we are determined to keep our overhead low so that every dollar raised can go, in its entirety, to our cause.”
